The main priority of informatization is to bring improvements to systems and services in which the state has invested considerable funds in the past so that it not only returns the costs incurred by the state but also saves as much money and time on people as possible. The vision of a "friendly state to citizens", projects and activities in the area of "one time enough" that should bring informatization closer to people. What was achieved after a year?
