The CyberSphere is very dynamic and different from the existing models. A new paradigm of Cooperation and Responsibilities is needed. How can governments tackle those challenges and find Innovative mechanisms to engage with the Private sector and the Academia to foster a Robust Cyber Ecosystem. The presentation will demonstrate the Israeli approach to face the Cyber Challenge and take advantage of the Opportunities it lays.

Yosi Aviram
A Certified Lawyer LLB and MBA, Mr. Aviram has joined the Cyber Directorate to build cooperation with International partners in the Cyber Domain. Prior to that, he served as a Diplomat of the MFA in Ottawa, Canada and in Lima, Peru as Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM). Mr. Aviram has held leading positions in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Risk Management both in the Military and Civil domain. As a retired Israeli Air Force Aircrew, Lt. Col. Aviram is now leading the International Efforts to enhance cooperation on Aviation Cyber Security at the National Task Force of the INCD.
