He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Hradec Králové. In the Trebišov hospital, he worked as a secondary doctor, later as a deputy LPS and since 2010 as a hospital director. He specializes in internal medicine, focuses on the cardiotoxicity of cancer treatment and information technologies in healthcare. In 2017 he was director of the Michalovce Hospital and was responsible for the preparation of the first hospital of the new generation. In 2018 he was appointed the General Director of the largest private network of polyclinics ProCare and hospitals World of Health. He is married and has two children.

Martina Antošová specializes in the preparation and coordination of national and international projects from several sources of funding and the comprehensive implementation of these projects. She focuses mainly on applied research and clinical trials.
