Dr. Ing. Peter Kucer, MBA was the Head of Government Cloud at UPVII since March 1st, 2019 and his responsibilities include coordination of cloud service offerings and their usage for government cloud. He has previously completed his MBA in 2009 at the University of Reading in Reading, UK and PhD. In Electrical Engineering with a focus on adaptive control at the Slovak Technical University in Zilina Slovakia in 1994. Mr. Kucer has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, and since 2013 he is actively working with and interested in cloud technologies. Alongside his responsibilities at UPVII, he is also the leader of several groups involved with the government cloud.

Roman Tuchyňa works as a technology strategist at Microsoft Slovakia, where he is responsible for the design, deployment and adoption of modern and transformation solutions for public administration. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant and architect for the design and optimization of IT processes and support tools at CA Technologies, HP, S&T Slovakia.

He has been working as a Sales Manager at INDRA Slovakia since June 2009 and act as a member of its Supervisory Board. Being responsible for the traditional market of utility and energy companies, his business activities target the development of new markets of state and public administration, and also other segments of commercial customers. He has more than 20 years of experience in multinational corporations and several successful projects behind him, overseeing marketing of comprehensive projects and delivering value-added services to customers from government, financial and other segments at IBM, HP and SAP.

Viera Uherová is the CEO of Oracle Slovakia. During her career, she has worked for more than 20 years in various management positions in Slovak and international IT companies supplying projects in the sectors of public administration, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, transport and utilities.
