Open management of EU funds: partnership and cooperation from programming to implementation
In the new programming period of EU funds, we need to strengthen cooperation and partnership in the management of EU funds, as well as in the implementation of projects. In addition to a substantial simplification of conditions, the involvement of experts and potential beneficiaries in the preparation of calls or project intentions can also bring greater efficiency in the use of Eurofunds. Better results are brought by cross-sectoral cooperation in the implementation of projects. Open management of EU funds, good and clear communication and a truly equal partnership must be key principles for new EU funds.
