The year of cleaning up informatization brought several fundamental changes to the functioning of the state. The changes are coming despite a relentless struggle with an unprecedented pandemic, which also represents a chance for a new impetus. We will look back on the first year in state IT and on the reform challenges that await us in the near future.

Veronika Remišová
Since 2020, she is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic and the Minister of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. Between the years 2016 - 2020, she worked as a member of the National Council. Before that, she was a municipal deputy of the Bratislava - Staré Mesto district and lectured at several Slovak universities - at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences and the Faculty of Philosophy of the Comenius University in Bratislava and the Catholic University in Ružomberok. Between 2004 and 2013, she was a member of the European Commission.
