He started at Tatra banka as an administrator of the Identity Access Management system, where his position also included the creation of processes and procedures for the user's life cycle. He is currently responsible for methodical information security at the bank. His  task is also to create safety training, focused mainly on the behavior of the end user, which carry gamification elements. I am passionate about information security with more than 25 years of practical experience. I implemented and created the organization, processes and infrastructure of information security in the former Authorization Center of Slovakia (later First Data Slovakia). I worked as the head of the Corporate Security section at Slovak Telekom. And I currently manage information security at Volkswagen Slovakia. I am responsible for managing information protection in all its aspects. One of the important areas that my colleagues in Volkswagen and I are trying to develop is the continuous raising of awareness about information or how cyber security is used today.
