Michal Olexa is Seconded National Expert within the European Commission's Directorate-General for Defense and Space (DG DEFIS). In this position, it supports the implementation of the European Defense Fund (EDF) and its predecessor, the European Defense Industry Development Program (EDIDP). Since 2000, he has worked at the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, within which he has long focused on matters of the EU Common Defense and Security Policy.
