Vladimír Bednár
Vladimír Bednár works as the General Director of the Information Technology Section, Ministry of Finance. At the same time, he serves on several supervisory and administrative boards of entities within the competence of the Ministry of Finance. He is the main leader in the reform of departmental IT management. Since 2018, he has held several managerial and expert positions at the Ministry of Finance, the City of Bratislava and the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services. He previously worked in the private sector as a consultant for the public and private sectors, especially in GIS and Financial IT Systems. He studied International Relations and Geodesy and Cartography and Cadastre.

He has been with Oracle for 23 years. During this time, he held various positions in application development, integration, identity management, access control, and application security. He currently focuses on database technologies, data integration and data security.

Miroslav Brvnišťan
In the period 1992 - 2002 he worked in the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic. After graduating from the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava in 1998, he worked as an adviser to the Minister of the Interior of the Slovak Republic in the field of security and European integration. From 2002 to 2015, he worked at the National Security Office, where he held several management positions. In 2004, he was appointed director of the NSA's office, serving until 2006 when he was seconded as a liaison officer to the NSA for the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union in Brussels.
