The bottleneck of modern state services is authentication and authorization. It is not possible to radically increase the number of users of eGov services. Isn't authentication and authorization too rigid? It cannot be made more userfriendly?

Ľubor Illek is the founder of the civic association Slovakia.digital, where he also works. He has been involved in eGovernment area, primarily in data management, electronic signature, copyright, security, eGovernment projects evaluation. Ján Bučkuliak currently works at the Office of the Government as an advisor to the Prime Minister for the informatization of public administration and at the same time as the General Director of the Information Technology Section. Patrik Plachý
Patrik Plachý started as a developer in C and later in C ++, Pascal and Python. He later programmed modules for Oracle Database and moved on to code design for Backends. He has helped customers deploy Enterprise systems and in recent years has focused on Linux, Clusterware and High Availability. He is currently a Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat, where he specializes in container development and its deployment on customer side in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Ladislav Kovár
Ladislav Kovár works as the director of the e-Government management department at the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. He spent more than 20 years in IT, starting in public administration. After completing his legal education, he mainly focuses on the intersection of information technology and law. He applied the law as a responsible person at the Comenius University, he also served as the chairman of the DPO club at universities, which he co-founded. He led the team for solving security incidents and ensured the cyber security of several projects.
