Before joining the NCHI, the General Director of the National Center for Health Information, Peter Lukáč, was dedicated to the informatization of the public sector, focusing on project management, process consolidation and optimization of expenses, as well as research and innovation. He worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agricultural Payment Agency and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Informatization. As part of his work at NCHI, he is working to complete the complete transformation of the institution into a process-oriented leader with a pro-client approach to state and public administration bodies, healthcare providers, as well as citizens through the development of electronic healthcare services.

Matúš Šesták works as the General Director of the Digitization and Informatics Section at the Ministry of Health, where he primarily focuses on setting up process improvements and preparing projects to support the digitization of health care within the recovery plan. During the Covid 19 pandemic, he was involved in crisis management and the preparation of the e-bed application. Prior to joining the Ministry of Health, he worked as the director of the analytical department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, where he worked on public administration reform with a special focus on development and implementation for client-oriented services. Jakub Rybár graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University. He worked at the National Oncology Institute and NsP Medissimo and obtained a specialization in surgery. Subsequently, he worked successively as the director of NsP Medissimo, NsP Novapharm and Faculty Hospital AGEL Skalica. He currently works as a member of the board of the Faculty Hospital AGEK Skalica and Radiology s.r.o. and as director of AGEL Clinic Bratislava. Within the AGEL group, he participates in the development projects of telemedicine and robotics.
