"While my book was charging, I paid for the cable for the cigarette with my watch..."
The lecture summarizes the changes in software and technologies in the last decade, presents the necessary steps on the basis of which an IT company is able to build fast, efficient and reliable software delivery. He discusses what necessary changes it brings within company processes, team organization and especially architecture, where he illustrates the transition from monolithic architecture to microservice architecture and subsequent deployment to the cloud, including the benefits and pitfalls it brings. As a real example of this transition in Aliter, the lecture is devoted to the case study of the monse.sk project.
