Quality Improvement and Innovation Development under the CAF 2002 Model
Methodology of CAF 2002 Model is for analysis of organization and innovation of continuing improvement. It is common system of quality evaluation that proceeds in activities aimed at quality development taking place in state administration in past years.
The objective of these initiatives is that state administration will seek solutions that are for the benefit of citizen. The other objective is to make them attractive and enable its employees to develop. Self-evaluation supports improvement and development of active collboration of top managers and employees. CAF software application is for higher effectiveness of implements with possibility of comparison of various organizations in EU.
