After studies and business, Emil Fitoš spent more than 20 years of his working life at Siemens and later at Atos. In 2014, he became CEO of Atos Slovakia and Czech Republic. Under his leadership, Atos was one of the leading companies on the market with a significant innovative contribution. On 21 June 2017, he was elected President of the IT Association of Slovakia and will defend the position in 2019, 2021 and 2023. He serves as an advisor to the Slovak Government and Deputy Chairman of the Slovak Government Council for the Digitization of the Public Sector and the Digital Single Market. As a graduate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava he started to work in private company PosAm as a trader to become a director and the owner of the company just four years after. Under his leadership, the company switched from sales to the development of software solutions and has been placed in the top ten in the TOP Trend Ranking for several years in a row. Marián Marek is a member of the Presidium of the IT Association of Slovakia, a professional association of the most important domestic and foreign companies operating in the field of information and communication technologies and a member of the Presidium of the National Union of Employers.

JUDr. Peter Kubovič, chairman of the Public Procurement Office, graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He completed his doctorate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. Between 2005 - 2011 and 2013 - 2018, he worked at the Office for Public Procurement. In the period 2012-2013, he was the director of the public procurement department at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. When he is managing central purchasing in multinational corporations (Slovak Telekom, Dell, Tatra banka), can also use consulting experience (Accenture) to their advantage. He managed strategic purchasing and operations for a wide portfolio of commodities, services and investments. He designed and implemented changes to the organization and processes of purchasing and logistics, including performance management tools. Implemented purchasing information systems, focusing on electronic tenders and auctions and automation of the entire procure-to-pay cycle. He currently works at MIRDI in the role of consultant for the procurement of IT services.
