He has been working for 17 years in the field of state administration and the healthcare sector. He has extensive experience in financial management, project management, crisis management, budgeting and human resources management. During the years 2014-2020, he worked as the director of the Department of National and International Projects and then as the general director of the European Programs and Projects Section of the Ministry of Health, where he managed and coordinated the implementation of hospital investment projects as well as system measures in the healthcare sector. As the general secretary of the service office of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, he actively participates in the creation of health policies and the department's reform agenda.
