She is a graduate of Public Economics and Administration, specializing in Health Management at the Faculty of Economics, UMB. She earned her MBA from the Sales Manager Academy in Bratislava. She also works as a member of the board of Association of State Hospitals.

Peter Ferjančík
He has been working for 17 years in the field of state administration and the healthcare sector. He has extensive experience in financial management, project management, crisis management, budgeting and human resources management. During the years 2014-2020, he worked as the director of the Department of National and International Projects and then as the general director of the European Programs and Projects Section of the Ministry of Health, where he managed and coordinated the implementation of hospital investment projects as well as system measures in the healthcare sector. Ľubomír Pepucha
Ľubomír Pepucha worked for fifteen years as a university teacher at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Žilina in Žilina and in pre-project and project preparation of construction investment projects. He is currently working as a project manager in preparation for the construction of the new University Hospital in Martin, responsible for the construction and budget part of the project. He has experience in the preparation and implementation of significant investment and scientific research projects financed from EU structural funds. He is an expert in evaluating the economic efficiency of public investments.

Ľuboš Lopatka
Ľuboš Lopatka graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. From 1998 to 2010, he held leading positions in several multinational paper companies. In the years 2010 to 2012, during the government of Iveta Radičová, he was the general director of the Social Insurance Company. Subsequently, between 2013 and 2017, he was the general director of the Svet zdravia hospital network.
