Martin Smatana
Martin Smatana studied at Oxford and Imerial College in London, where he graduated in health management. He worked in England as an analyst at a public health institute. From 2016 to 2020, he headed the Institute of Health Policy. He currently works in the field of artificial intelligence and works as an analyst for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission. In addition, he cooperates with the Association for the Protection of Patients' Rights, is an advisor to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and the Family and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VšZP. He is the author of several publications and a member of the social protection committee of the European Commission.

Martin Fojtik
Martin Fojtik studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University in Košice. Immediately started working at the Sidéria - health insurance company as a programmer - analyst. In 2006, together with other colleagues, he moved to the new company Mediworx, which was established by separating IT department of Sidéria. Within Mediworx, Martin worked on all major projects of the transformation of the health insurance company Dôvera, whether it was the merge of Dôvera with Sidéria or Apollo, as well as during the exchange of the information system DaVinci. Matej Mišík
Matej Mišík is the director of the Institute of Health Analyzes of the Ministry of Health and serves on the supervisory boards of NÚSCH and VÚSCH. Previously, he was a partner in the startup Instarea, focusing on big data analytics. He studied health economics at Tilburg University in the Netherlands and international economics at Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Vladimír Nosáľ
Vladimír Nosáľ is a graduate of the Jessenius Faculty of Medicine in Martin UK and since 1999 he has been working at the JLF UK Neurological Clinic and the Martin University Hospital. Since 2019, he has been the chairman of the Section for Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Slovak Neurological Society and acts as the national coordinator for the Stroke Action Plan Europe of the European Society for Cerebrovascular Diseases (ESO). At the amateur level, he deals with big data analysis, primarily in the field of healthcare. During the last pandemic, he is the co-author of several prediction models and the draft of the national vaccination strategy.

Barbora Mareková
As a member of the National Center for Health Information (NCZI) statutory body, she is co-responsible for managing the organization and development activities of the NCZI, including applications in the context of the strategy of the NCZI and the department in the field of digitization and electronicization of healthcare. She has devoted her entire professional life to project management and analysis, whether in the IT field, regional politics, or healthcare, which is a matter of her heart.
