He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava. Since 2004, he has been working at the Museum of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica. He deals with marketing, information technologies and projects from structural funds and EEA funds. He is the author of several topics and scenarios of events and memorial and multimedia programs and the founder of the quality management system in various organizations.
