He is an expert in digital transformation with over 15 years of experience in Slovakia and abroad. He advocates for transparent government IT, improving the quality of public services for users, and the digital transformation of the Slovak economy and society. He studied International Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava. In 2016, he co-founded the civic association "Slovensko.Digital," where he served as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2019. Since 2020, he has been an advisor to the Minister of Investments, Regional Development, and Informatization. From July 2021 to February 2022, he held the position of State Secretary for Informatization in Slovakia.

He currently works as a data analyst/engineer in the Corps of Prison and Judicial Guards, in addition to that he is also the vice-chairman of the Regional Development and Tourism Commission at the PSK council and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Commission at the PSK council. In the past, he worked as a data harmonization coordinator at the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic.
