He has 5 years of experience as a sales manager in a company dealing with the construction of data centers, 3 years of experience as a key manager in a global foreign corporation and is the founder of NEXINEO s.r.o., which he also manages for 8 years. In 2019, he completed the two-month international acceleration program iLOG Accelerator in Tel Aviv, focused on the development of international business.

Ján Mihálik completed his studies in 1993 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of STU in Bratislava.
