Martin Kultan graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Economics in Bratislava, Department of International Business. In the years 2003-2005 he worked in the Health Insurance Company Dôvera. Peter Lukáč
Before joining the NCHI, the General Director of the National Center for Health Information, Peter Lukáč, was dedicated to the informatization of the public sector, focusing on project management, process consolidation and optimization of expenses, as well as research and innovation. He worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agricultural Payment Agency and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Informatization.
