Her previous working experience covers more than 17 years in the IT industry and over four years in the real estate industry. Before joining American Chamber of Commerce, she was the Group Leasing Director at HB Reavis, leading a group of leasing professionals across five countries, as well as co-creating new hybrid work strategies. She also served as the Director General, Department of Informatics Society Management at the Office of Deputy Prime Minister for Investments, and Informatics between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Microsoft, moving through various positions, ultimately serving as the Government Industry Director for Central and Eastern Europe, covering 33 countries. She holds a PhD in Economics and Suitability from the Comenius University in Bratislava as well as an MBA in economics from INSEAD Seattle.
