Radovan Potočár is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague. Since 2015, he has been the editor and since 2020 the editor-in-chief of the websites Energie-portal.sk, Odpady-portal.sk and Voda-portal.sk. He participates in the creation of analyzes in the field of energy and waste management for the private and non-governmental sector.
