Martin Smatana
Martin Smatana studied at Oxford and Imerial College in London, where he graduated in health management. He worked in England as an analyst at a public health institute. From 2016 to 2020, he headed the Institute of Health Policy. He currently works in the field of artificial intelligence and works as an analyst for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission. In addition, he cooperates with the Association for the Protection of Patients' Rights, is an advisor to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and the Family and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VšZP. He is the author of several publications and a member of the social protection committee of the European Commission.

Andrej Thurzo
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Comenius University in Bratislava, majoring in dentistry (2006), where he works at the Clinic of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery and at the Center for Simulation and Virtual Medical Education. He is the founder of the specialized dental clinic Sangre azul, the technological company 3Dent medical and the Professional Society for Innovations in Medicine. He is the co-founder and first president of the Slovak Society for Regenerative Medicine and is the recipient of the prestigious ITAPA eGovernment leader award from 2006. Peter Lednický
is the CEO of the international holding Penta Hospitals International. The largest private health care provider in Central Europe operates in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. In the past, he held the position of CEO of Unilabs Slovakia. 25 years ago, he was at the birth of Alpha medical, which gradually under his leadership became the largest laboratory network in Central and Eastern Europe and in 2017 became part of the international Unilabs network based in Switzerland.

The head of the Genomics and Bioinformatics Center of the Comenius University Science Park in Bratislava and the scientific director of the biotechnology company Geneton professionally specializes in DNA sequencing technologies, i.e. DNA reading. Since 2006, the main area of his research has become the so-called free circulating DNA, more specifically circulating fetal DNA in pregnant women and circulating tumor DNA in the blood of oncology patients. He is the co-author of the NIPT clinical test (Non-invasive prenatal test) for the detection of chromosomal and subchromosomal disorders of the fetus, which has been used in clinical practice for 10 years under the commercial name Trisomy test in several EU countries.
