John is the co-founder and CEO of Hexitime, a multi-award winning technology company exploring novel ways to understand and improve how our workforces can be more engaged and effective as they tackle complex business problems and deliver innovation. He is the Director of Innovation at King's College Hospital London in the UK and a visiting lecturer in Quality Improvement at King's College London University. John has previously served as a British Army officer, held senior healthcare management roles at national and London regional levels in the UK NHS, and continues to hold advisory roles with innovative business start-ups.
