She has been working at the University Hospital since 2005 when she started as Head of the Economics Department and became a General Manager later. She is a graduate of Public Economics and Administration, specializing in Health Management at the Faculty of Economics, UMB. She earned her MBA from the Sales Manager Academy in Bratislava. She also works as a member of the board of Association of State Hospitals.

He has worked in a number of healthcare facilities and companies. In addition, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the University Hospital in Nové Zámky and Vice-Chairman of the Categorization Commission for Special Medical Materials of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Since October 2023 he has been the State Secretary of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.

She is a co-founder and lecturer at the Advance Healthcare Management Institute, Prague, which provides executive education in the field of health services management to senior workers in the healthcare industry. She mainly lectures in the subjects of Healthcare Economics, Operational Management and New Trends in Healthcare and Health Insurance. For a long time, she has been engaged in analysis and consulting in the field of public health insurance and hospitals in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
