Born in Brive, in 1958, married with four children, Frank Mordacq received his DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Public Law and was a laureate at the l’Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris. Appointed to the Budget Branch of the Ministry of Finance in 1985, on leaving the École Nationale d’Administration (Promotion « Léonard de Vinci »), Frank Mordacq, “administrateur civil”, worked initially on the public service remuneration file and subsequently on the ground transportation file.
