In addition, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the University Hospital in Nové Zámky and Vice-Chairman of the Categorization Commission for Special Medical Materials of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Since October 2023 he has been the State Secretary of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.

Ing. Mongi Msolly, MBA studied in the years 1985-1990 at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specializing in Medical Electronics.
