Erik Minarovič is a graduate of the University of Žilina, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, with a focus on information and security systems.
After graduating from university, he worked in several public administration organizations, starting with the Office for Civil Service, the Center for Labor, Social Affairs and Family Affairs of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic. He worked as a project manager, implemented processes according to ITIL and PRINCE2 and held various professional, advisory and project positions. He has extensive experience in the field of application development, which he gained mainly as a consultant for the British banking sector, where he participated in the delivery of core banking systems for several years.
