An expert in the management of public finances with many years of experience in the field of budget policy of public administration. After obtaining a higher education at the University of Economics in Bratislava, he has been working at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic since 2003, where he held several positions. From 2006 to 2021, he held the position of Director of the Department of Public Administration Budget, and since 2021 he has been the Director General of the Budget Policy Section. During his tenure, he actively participated and was responsible for the implementation of several changes in the field of public finance management and public administration budget.
