Peter Kováč is a lawyer working in the Bratislava branch of the law firm Kinstellar, where he covers the medical law, pharmacy and biotechnology section. In addition to medical law, he focuses on litigation, investigation of sensitive data and the IT sector. In the past, he worked for a long time as the head of the legal department of an antivirus program developer. He has extensive academic education and significant professional experience in the field of criminal law, criminology and forensic disciplines. He is a court expert registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic in the field of Forensic Medicine (toxicology, alcoholology, serohematology) and is also the author of many professional publications focused on local regulation in the field of medicine and healthcare. He works at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava and is a recognized speaker at conferences and events dedicated to these areas.
