The scope of Government eServices is already close to Art – you can play with them, join them, merge, connect, combine, integrate, replace, etc. A new citizen is also stepping into this – homo internetus – accompanied everywhere with mobile, internet, iPod, GPS and by many other high-tech toys. Issues are solved and managed on the way and by one finger, or voice commands respectively. Administration changes, the brick walls are hiding virtual worlds with fully automated processes, zeros and ones are distributing key informationto employees, who then take decisions. Lucia Kondáš
Graduated from Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Her professional career is dedicated to the implementation of new technologies and services in public and private sectors, management of innovative projects and establishment of state-of-the-art knowledge and trends in various areas. In 1999 – 2002 she worked as the CIO at the Government Office of Slovakia and advisor to the Prime Minister´s Office for ICT. In 2002 Lucia took the position of Project Manager in Slovak Telecom for eSlovakia Programme, later extended with the project PCs for Schools.
