The keynote presentation describes the policy context of the work in the IST, and how the policy objectives of Lisbon are translated to the eEurope action plans. The results of the of the eEurope 2002 and the eEurope 2002+ are paving the way for the new eEurope 2005 action plan, which will be explained in more detail.
This policy work is set into the context of the drivers of the networked economy.
