VUC projects aimed on building the e-services are currently the only running implementation projects among Slovak municipalities, which are realized under the umbrella of Operational program of Informatisation of society (OPIS). Similar as the projects running on central state level, also these municipal eGovernment projects have identified throughout its project life cycle several common risks and issues resulting mainly from external dependencies on central eGov components and non-existing central eGov legislation. In order to support a successful implementation of VUC projects a proactive approach in defining the mitigation measures and suggestions for solutions of respective risks and issues is more than welcome.
