Milena Jabůrková
Milena Jabůrková is a specialist on EU Cohesion Policy. She is a member of Regional Policy Working Group ofBusiness Europe, chairs Task Force on Cohesion Policy of Digital Europe and works in Expert Groups that deal with Cohesion Policyinthe Czech Confederation and Slovak Confederations of Industries.
She works for IBM as a Governmental Program Executive. She specializes on public policies at the EU level related to workforce policies, investment strategies and social, technological and economic development.
Milena Jabůrková has also experience in with working for Local and National Governments. As a head of External Relations Department of the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic she led on behalf of Czech cities negotiations of the framework of EU funding period 2007 – 2013. In the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs she was responsible for development of national policy and transformation of social services.
She received her master degree in Social Work at Charles University, Philosophical Faculty, Prague. She conducted her postgraduate studies at Victoria University in Manchester in Development Policy and Management. She is co-author of several books and studies.
