She works in company Atos IT Solutions and Services in the position of analyst and consultant for database systems. In the course of her long experience, she was a member of project teams concentrating on development of information systems and was responsible for analysis and design of static structures with close interconnection with the functional analysis. After a short time of her work on the projects for central insurance companies (information system for Eximbanka SR) as well as for commercial insurance companies (information system of non-life insurance for insurance company Union), she was a member of various project teams for the projects of information systems of the public administration: project of information system for the management of the Register of Companies (Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic), project of information system for the government IT Monitoring System ITMS (Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic), project of information system Social Insurance Agency Legacy (Social Insurance Agency of the Slovak Republic) – project for transformation of legacy systems to currency euro, project of information system for public employment services (Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family) – system supporting the public employment services.

The effective applying of basic registers within the information systems
Customer’s data represents the crucial part of the information systems (IS) data set. The target groups are information systems for public administration as well as the entities having dominance in the private sector. The providers of IS mainly handle the topic individually and with non-standard tools based on proprietary implementation.
On the contrast to entrepreneurs, the public administration itself has the motivation as well as the power to create integration layer, which enables the effective share of the „register data” in a high degree. Taking advantages of these potentials usually results in the higher effectiveness within information system that at the end increases customer’s satisfaction. The presentation provides the summary of the current situation in this domain and provides our expert’s overview how to deal with the topic by means of standard products.
