Ms Dimitra Ioannouis a sociologist (PhD), with strong background in programming, monitoring and evaluation of the EU Financial Instruments’supportto EU member states and pre-accession countries, since 1991.  She hasoutstanding experience in working with the European institutionsand national government authorities of various countries, on issues related to the management of the EU Structural Funds and pre-accession Funds.  She is author of National Strategic Reference Frameworks, National Reform Programmes, Operational Programmes, Ex-ante, interim, strategic and ex-post evaluations, and other strategic programming and evaluation documents for various countries (CY, FI, GR, HU, HR, MK, MNE, PO, RO, SE, SK, SLO, SRB and TK).
