Annette Ishøy-rasmussen
Mrs. Annette Ishøy-Rasmussen is Head of Citizen Service Center in Municipality of Gentofte, Denmark. She joined the municipality in 2008 and besides leading the Service Center, she is responsible for implementing the digital strategy in the municipality. Previously she worked her way up in the Danish Tax Administration (SKAT) where her main task were to develop new smart digital solutions directed at the public together with optimizing internal workflows.
Mrs. Annette Ishøy-Rasmussen was originally educated as an accountant but have since then taken a Master of Public Administration and several others leadership programs.

Digital self-service
The Danish Municipality of Gentofte has a first mover approach to digitizing municipal services. As one of the first municipalities in Denmark, Gentofte has developed a personalized digital point of entry to the municipality and the public sector in general. The digital self-service tool is called "Genvej"(shortcut in Danish). At "Genvej" the citizen only find information and self-services which are customized to their special needs. “Genvej” has won several awards home and abroad for being a convincing citizen centric project.
