Jaroslav Kračun studied Law in France at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. The study was supplemented by exchange stays in England and Italy, and by a postgraduate diploma in international business law and management at the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He started his law practice as a lawyer at the Gide Loyrette Nouel International Law Office in Prague.
