How user factors influence the use and usability of eGovernment services
The use of public electronic services by citizens in EU countries is one of the biggest challenges, despite the increasing level of maturity and quality of the services. The Internet knowledge of users and the usability of the public electronic services have a major impact on utilization and development of the services. By increasing the knowledge base of users, we will naturally increase the use of eGovernment services.
