Csaba has a background in journalism and communications studies, and an expert in digital government. His primary professional focus are the new and innovative forms of government services/processes, disaster preparedness the harness of citizen participation with the help of digital tools.  He has a background working with local governments for more than 10 years now, and has been actively involved in the Hungarian Open Government Commitments design and implementation process.
