Mikko Annala
Head of Governance Innovation and Senior Expert at one of the most influential think tanks in the Nordics. His background is in behaviour science. He has been conducting experimental social psychology in laboratory settings, as well as running behavioural interventions in real-life settings.
He has worked in a leading role in projects that have resulted in tangible operational models, funding structures, and experiments within Finnish governance system. After that Annala has worked with several governments overseas, including Latvia, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Samuel Arbe
Samuel Arbe works as a consultant for the World Bank and a collaborator of the ITAPA conference. In Slovakia, he launched and managed the Operational Program Effective Public Administration for 6 years, which to this day contributes to the higher quality of the public sector and public services. His expertise is increasing the efficiency of public institutions and digital transformation.

Florian Hauser
Luke Ravenscroft
Luke is a Principal Advisor with the Behavioural Insights Team and Head of International Programmes. He is currently running behavioural trials with the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). Since joining the team, Luke has worked on a range of policy issues such as obesity and diabetes, SME growth, financial inclusion and maternal health.
Prior to working with the Behavioural Insights Team, Luke worked for Ideas42 in India on two large public health trials, one on nutrition and one on alcohol. Prior to that, he worked at a large consultancy firm. Luke holds a degree in Economics from University College London (UCL) and a master’s from the University of Cambridge.

Alena Sabelová
Alena Sabelová is the State Secretary of the Slovak Deputy Prime Minister for the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the use of European funds. He has been working in the state administration with a short break since 2001, in several management positions, including the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office. She also led the process of preparing the strategic document "Vision and Strategy for the Development of Slovakia until 2030" and represented Slovakia in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, headquartered in London, for eight years.
