- Creation and development of unique “SW works” will be way easier. This is an item that is the most expensive within the IT state budget. Therefore, IT expenses will be significantly more effective.
- Applied consolidation to the cloud will be supported (and accelerated).
- There will be also space for supply from small enterprises, which were not competitive until now, due to the lack of specific knowledge (mainly technological). On the contrary, these small enterprises might have very good know-how on process and their IT support in government and therefore it is expected that their interconnection will bring higher utility value either for state institutions or citizens and entrepreneurs as well as higher competition.
- Within the catalogue of services, there is a service related to “MDM master data management”. This service will be provided by UPVII. State institutions, which plan to clean up data or consolidate on institution’s level, can count on this service.
