The requirements for data center operation and end-user support are changing rapidly. New technologies are growing, complexity is growing, the cycle of change due to rapidly changing business requirements is curtailed, and as opposed to the legitimate demands of increasing service quality and reducing costs. Is this situation a solution at all? In our presentation, we will try to show how automation, digitization and artificial intelligence can increase the efficiency of the operation of complex data centers.
