He is an expert in digital transformation with over 15 years of experience in Slovakia and abroad. He advocates for transparent government IT, improving the quality of public services for users, and the digital transformation of the Slovak economy and society. He studied International Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava. In 2016, he co-founded the civic association "Slovensko.Digital," where he served as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2019. Since 2020, he has been an advisor to the Minister of Investments, Regional Development, and Informatization. During his professional career, he held many managerial positions in various sectors, including telecommunications, financial services and information technology. Prior to joining Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, he worked as Oracle Slovakia CEO. Currently, he acts as General Manager of the Public Administration Information Technologies Section and as a Chairman of the NASES (National Agency for Network and Electronic Services) Supervisory Board.
