13:30 - 15:00 Personal Data Protection & Cyber Security / London III
Personal data protection is a topic that resonates not only at individual forums and events but in all areas of social and legal relationships. Changes that will be effective as of May 2018 will impact everyone, both responsible subjects that will have to ensure concordance with new legislation, change of existing commitments and fulfilment of new commitments, as well as individual respective person that relates to personal data. New legislation considerably reinforces rights of respective person, with more commitments and rights as a result, GDPR at the same time stresses the enforcement and right to damage responsibility that might be caused to respective person due to errors on side of providers and intermediaries. Software solution of new legislation will have to be adjusted as well.

Nevertheless, it is not only about responsibilities and burdens, but as well about challenges to move forward and offer new solutions in privacy data protection. Presentations will provide various perspectives of GDPR and personal data protection, from legislative point of view to applied questions and everyday operations. It will not always be easy to answer these questions, but together we will give it a try during the presentations and discussions.

13:30 - 15:00 Smart Cities and Smart Transport / Berlin
Transportation is one of the main challenges for cities that take up their future. The problems they face are: polluted air, noise, traffic chaos, traffic jams, parking, lowering the quality of life and safety of citizens, low efficiency of public transportation.

From this point of view, transport is the most forward-looking challenge in which innovation and technology can make great progress. Investments in transport will grow. According to the consulting firm Arthur D. Little, it will grow from 185 billion euros in 1990 to 429 in 2020 and 829 in 2050. The role of the cities will be to revise the transport system with a greater focus on the public transportation, creating
corridors for cyclists and pedestrians and their subsequent interconnection and unification. Another big challenge, which will significantly affect transportation, is the shared economy, for example, UBER, bike - sharing.
