He graduated from the University of Transport and Communications in Žilina, he graduated in 1982 at Engineering-Electrotechnical Faculty, Cybernetics in Transport and Communications.
In 1982 – 1992 he worked in the company Banské stavby Prievidza, from September 1989 he was in the position of Head of Computer Centre.
In 1992 he started to work in the company Softec where he participated in various projects in the function of analyst, programmer and project manager.
