Ing. Adam Gřunděl, MBA, is a recognized expert in healthcare management, innovations, and technologies in medicine. Throughout his more than ten-year professional career, he has primarily focused on medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in clinical and administrative processes.
He served as the head of the medical technology procurement department at the University Hospital Ostrava and was a member of the AI startup Carebot, which focuses on the analysis of X-ray images and mammograms. He completed a work internship in Taiwan, where he gained practical experience in the use of AI and innovative technologies in medicine.
Currently, he is involved in strategic planning and the implementation of innovations in hospitals and provides expert consulting for healthcare organizations. He is a member of interdisciplinary teams focused on modernizing healthcare facilities and regularly speaks at conferences, presenting examples of the effective use of AI in healthcare.
