Adrian is DIANA’s commercial lead, helping build up the industry and capital ecosystem of NATO’s innovation accelerator as well as shaping its engagement with startups participating in the DIANA program. From this position, he’s actively working with DIANA’s leadership to create the world’s biggest and most impactful dual-use innovation accelerator.

Adrian is a start-up founder and entrepreneur himself, having founded and co-founded several companies in the fields of AI, green mobility, deep-tech consultancy and marketing in Paris, London and Bucharest. Having raised capital investments for his companies, Adrian has a very good understanding of NATO’s financial and technology markets. He has advised multiple ministers on deep-tech and dual use innovation in his home country of Romania, and has been a board member of private companies, research and development institutes and governmental agencies in the fields of AI, nuclear & green energy, space & aerospace, defence, and cybersecurity.
