Opening Speech: Hungary
Mr. Mernyei will describe Hungary’s ICT policy-making structure within the government, task-sharing between ministries in this field. He will explain briefly the national priorities of ICT and digitalization and present the current programmes in a few words. He will highlight the connection between national initiatives and the EU priorities (DSM). He will emphasize the importance of the cooperation of the Visegrad 4 countries in digital topics, especially in EU legislative activities and possible joint projects. He will outline how we could work stronger together with the V4 countries for the better enforcement of our joint interests.”
